How we work
The same seven steps on every visit
Cleaning results vary when the process varies. Ours does not. Every job runs the same seven steps in the same order, from pre-inspection through post-inspection, whether it is one room or a full commercial floor.
Purified water, not just hot water
Preconditioning, extraction, and rinse water is treated by reverse osmosis and deionization to pull out dissolved minerals and residues before it ever reaches your carpet, tile, or glass. Ordinary tap water leaves some of what it carries behind.
Solutions matched to the surface
We choose surface-appropriate cleaning solutions based on the item and material in front of us, including lower-impact options where the surface allows them. Where a manufacturer's care guidance for a material is identifiable, we follow it rather than applying one product everywhere.
Scheduling confirmed against a real address
ZIP codes do not follow city limits, so a ZIP check is only a first pass. We confirm the full service address before a visit is scheduled, which is why you are asked for it up front rather than after a truck is already assigned.

How we clean
The Vapura 7-step process
A repeatable, seven-step process supported by purified water and commercial-grade equipment — the same on every job, residential or commercial.
- Step 1
Pre-Inspection
We walk the space with you, note stains, traffic lanes, pet zones, and fiber or surface type before any equipment comes out.
- Step 2
Vacuum (1–3 passes)
Dry soil is removed first — one pass for lightly soiled areas, up to three for heavy or high-traffic commercial floors.
- Step 3
Brush Scrub
Rotary or hand-brush agitation loosens embedded dirt, oils, and grime from the base of the fiber or the grout line.
- Step 4
Purified-Water Preconditioning
We treat our preconditioning, extraction, and rinse water with reverse osmosis / deionization to remove minerals and residues. Cleaner water, cleaner result.
- Step 5
Spot Steam Treatment
Targeted hot steam works each called-out spot before the full pass, so problem areas get direct attention.
- Step 6
Hot Water Extraction (Full Surface)
Commercial-grade hot water extraction pulls loosened soil and moisture back out across the entire surface.
- Step 7
Post-Clean Inspection
We walk the space again with you, confirm every called-out area was addressed, and note any follow-up.
What we do not take on
Being direct about this saves everyone time. If your requirement falls outside the work below, tell us anyway and we will say so plainly rather than quoting it.
- Vapura supports approved office and common-area cleaning needs for life sciences and pharmaceutical organizations. Controlled laboratories, cleanrooms, and production areas require separate qualification.
- No electronics repair, data-center interior work, raised-floor specialty cleaning, ESD-controlled work, or production-equipment cleaning unless separately approved.
