One-time packages can be rebooked on the cadence that fits your home — a quarterly refresh means your carpet, upholstery, and tile never go long between deep cleans.

Vapura does not publish commercial rates. Rentals, PM portfolios, real-estate turns, apartments, offices, retail, healthcare, and recurring maintenance are always scoped after a walkthrough so the price matches the actual property and soil load. Net 7 for new accounts. One invoice per property.
