How we clean this
- 1UV / moisture inspection. We locate contamination depth — surface, pad, or subfloor — before quoting.
- 2Enzyme pre-treatment. Enzyme-based treatment applied and given dwell time on identified spots.
- 3Sub-surface extraction. Sub-surface tool pulls contamination up from the pad where topical treatment isn't enough.
- 4Neutralize and finish. Final rinse and airflow so the treated area dries and dissipates.

Will this fix a very old pet-urine smell?
Sometimes. If the urine reached the pad or subfloor, cleaning alone is not enough — pad replacement or subfloor sealing may be required. We'll tell you at inspection.
Is this safe for my other pets?
