Common problems we address

What this service is designed for

Our process

How we clean this

  1. 1
UV / moisture inspection. We locate contamination depth — surface, pad, or subfloor — before quoting.
  2. 2
Enzyme pre-treatment. Enzyme-based treatment applied and given dwell time on identified spots.
  3. 3
Sub-surface extraction. Sub-surface tool pulls contamination up from the pad where topical treatment isn't enough.
  4. 4
Neutralize and finish. Final rinse and airflow so the treated area dries and dissipates.

Equipment & method

What we use

Enzyme treatments break down urine solids at the source instead of masking the smell.

Sub-surface tool pulls contamination from below the pile that a topical treatment can't reach.

Considerations

Surface-specific care

  • If contamination has reached the sub-floor, pad replacement or sub-floor sealing may be required — always disclosed and quoted before work begins.
  • We don't claim to guarantee elimination of every odor. Deep sub-floor contamination is a construction fix, not a cleaning fix.

What we don't do

Limitations & exclusions

  • Guaranteed elimination of every odor
  • Subfloor replacement or pad replacement — coordinated with property owner separately

FAQ

Frequent questions

Will this fix a very old pet-urine smell?

Sometimes. If the urine reached the pad or subfloor, cleaning alone is not enough — pad replacement or subfloor sealing may be required. We'll tell you at inspection.

Is this safe for my other pets?

Yes. Ventilate the treated area and keep pets off until fully dry.
