Our process
How we clean this
- 1Walk-through. Walk the unit with the property manager or owner, list every surface in scope.
- 2Sequence. Hard surfaces first (tile, vinyl), soft surfaces last (carpet, upholstery) so airflow finishes on the biggest surface.
- 3Standard process on each surface. Each surface type gets its full Vapura process — no shortcuts because it's a turn.
- 4Final walk. Walk the unit again with the PM or owner. Sign-off on completion.

Do you clean the fridge and oven?
Not on the standard turn. Those are separate services pending our operational approval — we'll add them once approved.
